PU's (Poliurethans) Vacuum Casting:
After the construction of the prototype, we can create one pre-series of production, simulating the material of the final product. We offer the possibility of having one part lot (technical prototypes) that performs all the propieties of the final product.
The production process is to generate silicon moulds, and afterwords inject it with a material that simulate the polimero with all the technical conditons.
We work with diverity of products, that simulate all the exist polimers. So you can have one lot of pieces quicly in a few days.
